They were easy to work with, listened to the brief and designed us the most spectacular holiday home- combining creativity with the practicality we needed and within budget. Having created our perfect home, they then spent time sourcing everything, liaising with the builders on details (to ensure sockets and switches were in the correct positions and advising on flooring), being on site to handle deliveries (including unforeseen problems that arose) and to ensure that the house was fully functional for our arrival.

“I highly recommend Field & Co. I have worked with them recently on a room that I was really struggling with and the end result is fantastic. First, they listens to what YOU want and really gets a feel for your style (and budget) so I feel that the room is very much mine. Secondly, they comes back after the initial briefing with a room plan consisting of CAD images of suggested layouts (very impressive and invaluable in visualising how a room will look), lots of ideas, material samples, details of furniture etc. They are very knowledgeable about products and gave great recommendations for material, lamps, rugs and furniture. They are well connected with curtain makers etc. They are really efficient in placing orders and keeping me updated of delivery dates. They are incredibly thorough, hard working and quick to respond to messages. They are really good listeners and make lots of suggestions but I never felt that they were forcing ideas upon me. They were also very sensible about costs. They gave me the confidence to make choices which I wouldn’t have been brave enough to take on my own. I would have no hesitation in recommending Field & Co.”

“What seemed like a crazy idea at the time has now materialised into a gorgeous transformation of part of the house thanks to the help of Field & Co. We started with an idea of knocking down a supporting wall in the kitchen to create an open plan with dining area and lounge. We had some idea on what kitchen we wanted and a vague idea on colour scheme but that was it! Along came our designer who fully understood the kind of look we were after so created a mood board which we loved and then a shopping list with furniture, curtains and accessories for me to order online (which was the nice easy bit for me). 6 months later we have a beautiful space which is fully co-ordinated, practical and just looks amazing. We would never have been able to create this look on our own.

Field & Co. are very professional, friendly, has an amazing ability to retain information and is meticulous in their work. They thought of things that we hadn’t considered and supported us all the way. They liaised with tradespeople and when any mistakes were made they made sure they were put right. We are already talking about doing another room with Field & Co. and in fact don’t think we will stop until each room looks as good as the kitchen/diner.”
